-Jenny shook her head and said sheepishly, "sorry, no, I forgot."
-Jenny's mom was furious and scolded her badly.

Jenny thought she would be able to impress her cousin with her artistic skills and wanted to wish him a happy birthday.
Tom was slightly mad and disappointed at Jenny for her irresponsibility, and although he forgave her, still had a tinge of anger and sadness.
She procrastinated and did not want to write the birthday card.
She slacked off and wanted to play games with her sister instead.
She learnt that actions speak louder than words
-The next day, Jenny decides not to write the card again.
-"Jenny! Your cousin's birthday party is tomorrow and you still haven't written his card, not even a single word! You promised to write a card, you must keep your promise!" said her mother.
- Jenny writes a few words and decided to finish it tonight.
- However, she forgets about it again.
