Who we are?

We are a group of students who care about the earth we live on and the water. Our school is Bursa Ipekcilik Anatolian Imam Hatıp High School, consisting of students aged between 13 years and 18 years in Turkey. We devised a project to save our water under the consultancy of our teacher Mrs. Tasdemir. We aim to decrease the amount of water used to produce our clothes and be aware of our shopping habits. We calculate the amount of water that we consume when we create our wardrobe and share them on social media to make people conscious of it.

This is an awareness activity to remark on the water that is consumed on producing clothes. Liters of water is being used to produce just a basic t-shirt. If we want to reduce our water footprint, we have to mind even our wardrobes!
