It is “Palette”.
What are those icons displayed in the top right on Palette?

They are “My Page” button, “Information” button, “Help” button, and “Logout” button from left to right.
What is the “Information” button on Palette.
When you click “Information” button, you can see the URL of the canvas and the HTML code to paste the canvas to your blog.

What is “Show Private” on Palette for?
You can display contents of stickies which have been selected for “Private” in the designated settings dialogue by ticking the check box for “Show Private”.
What is “Hilight New” on Palette for?
When you click the button, the recently posted stickies will be hilighted. Click the red button to select the next sticky.
How can I hide Palette?
Click up-arrow at the right bottom corner of Palette to close, and down-arrow to open. Click up-and-down-arrow at the center bottom of Palette to enable auto-hiding.
